• Holiday lets run from 4 pm on your first Saturday until 10am on your last Saturday. Please do not arrive earlier than 4pm.
• All bed linen and towels are provided.
• Bookings will be confirmed by the payment of a non-returnable deposit of £50 per week subject to  availability and acceptance in writing. The balance of  the rental is payable not later than 6 weeks prior to the  commencement of the holiday let.
• We also require payment of £50 damage deposit, payable by separate cheque dated for the start of your  holiday. This will be returned to you 7 days after your  holiday if there has been no damage caused to the  cottage nor excessive cleaning required.
• The hirer is responsible for the cottage and its equipment during the period of the let. You should let  us know about any defects as soon as possible.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage. All damage or breakage should be reported and will be charged for.
• The number of persons occupying the cottage shall not vary from the particulars stated on the booking form. If this condition is breached we reserve the right to terminate the let without notice and without refund.
• If you intend to entertain guests in your cottage, please discuss it with the owners first and an additional charge of £5 per head may be made for visits extending beyond 2 hours.
• The description of the cottage and their contents are correct to the best of our knowledge, but no warranties are made as to their accuracy. The owners shall be under no liability for any act, neglect or default of the  occupier for the time being, nor any loss, damage,  expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to  person or property which the hirer or any other person  may cause, suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect  of any application or letting or otherwise howsoever.
• We are very lucky that we live in an area of beautiful sandy coves but please try to leave the sand on the beach and not in the cottage.

 

The holiday home must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay
